A zippy, zingy hot pepper jelly worthy of the name.  It is delicious with meats, poultry and fish, and gives a meat sandwich new meaning!  If you haven't tried it on cornbread, you haven't yet discovered how good cornbread can be.  For an easy hors d'oeuvre, you can't beat it poured over cream cheese with a plate full of crackers.
